1. Burning regenerative bricks:

The product has good thermal stability and high temperature performance, and is widely used in cement kilns, non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces, etc.



2. Directly combine heat storage bricks:

Good high temperature performance and strong slag corrosion resistance. Resistant to cement clinker erosion. Widely used in non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces and cement rotary kilns.

3. Semi-recombined heat storage bricks and recombined heat storage bricks

Semi-recombined heat storage bricks and recombined heat storage bricks use part or all of fused sand (electrically fused synthetic sand) as raw materials, fine ingredients, high pressure molding, ultra-high temperature calcination, good particle bonding, high product strength, and stable volume It has good performance and is widely used in RH, VOD, AOD and other out-of-furnace refining devices, non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces, etc.

1. Iron heat storage bricks

Main ingredient: iron, sintered at 800 degrees.

Performance: fast heat storage, fast heat release.

Advantages: Although the price is cheap, its own weight is relatively heavy.

2. Magnesium ferrosilicon heat storage brick

Main ingredients: magnesium, silicon, iron, sintered at 1350 degrees.

Performance: The rate of heat storage and heat release is moderate, and the strength of the brick is better than that of the iron brick.

Advantages: The price is slightly higher than that of iron bricks, but the cost performance is much better

3. Magnesia brick

Main ingredient: magnesium, sintered at 1500 degrees.

Performance: stable heat storage and heat release performance, strong heat storage capacity, 10KV high pressure resistance, 1500° high temperature resistance, and long heat release time.
